Quality Engineer – M&E

Quality Engineer - M&E - Civil Engineering knowledge would be great - £55k - £60k & expenses to site covered, healthcare, pension - Medway - site based Overview: Fancy working on one of the most innovative engineering projects in the UK at present for a fast-growing engineering consultancy on a £2.4bn value project? We are looking for a high-level Quality professional to come in on this project (as well as work on various other projects we have) to work with our electrical client to oversee the quality of this project. Initially, some civil engineering will be involved, which will transition to more M&E as time goes on. This is a chance to use your expertise and leave your stamp on something truly unique. The role: We are working closely with UK and European electrical professionals where we oversee the quality of the EPC work. In short, we need someone with a strong M&E quality background to oversee what is being done and ensure it meets the required standards, along with the civil aspects in the earlier stages. This flagship energy project will provide you with a real opportunity to utilize your expertise as the quality professional on site. The person: We need someone who has a strong quality background in M&E and ideally some civil engineering experience who can oversee the work being done to ensure it meets the set standards. This is a standalone quality role, so you will be managing your own schedule to ensure all tasks are completed to the required level, with a varied workload.
