Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry. Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies, including PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Security Clearance:

Must currently hold or be able to obtain SC (Security Check) clearance without any issues. Qualifications:

HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant field, with experience in ISO: 9001:2015 and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Customer Performance:

Review customer performance monthly to ensure PPM (Parts Per Million) and OTTP (On Time to Promise) targets are met. Quality Improvement:

Drive scrap and rework reduction, own improvement projects, and ensure actions are closed to improve overall performance. New Product Introduction:

Interface with engineering and operations to ensure smooth transfer of new products to production. Compliance:

Support auditors to ensure products and processes comply with the quality management system. Failure Analysis:

Analyse failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Data Analysis:

Collect and analyse statistical data to support quality improvement activities. Customer Support:

Act as the quality point of contact within a customer-focused team, providing support and solutions for quality-related issues. Safety Advocacy:
