As our Quality Engineer, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and enhancing the quality standards that our customers and the industry demand. Your role will include: Problem-Solving:

Investigate, identify, and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis tools like 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys. Compliance & Standards:

Ensure our processes meet AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Continuous Improvement:

Lead and participate in initiatives to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Customer Focus:

Act as the voice of quality for our clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Audit & Inspection:

Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure our supply chain aligns with aerospace standards. What You Bring: Experience:

Proven track record in quality engineering, ideally within aerospace or a related manufacturing industry. Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability with tools such as FMEA, 8D, and SPC. Attention to Detail:

Meticulous, with a focus on delivering excellence every time. Team Player:

Great communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. Qualifications:
