Job Description Implement and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality metrics. Investigate and set standards for quality and health and safety. Work with operations teams to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures. Assess customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. Record, analyse and distribute statistical information. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated. The Successful Applicant A degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality control systems and standards. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
