Ensure company systems meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards and client expectations. Conduct audits and lead external assessments with clients and third-party companies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. Manage risk assessments, safety investigations, and the production of policy and procedures. Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality and safety role, ideally within a highly regulated industry (nuclear, energy, etc.). In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 45001). Excellent interpersonal skills with experience liaising with employees, clients, and suppliers. A full UK driving license and the ability to travel when necessary.
