To continue our ambitious growth plans, we’re on the lookout for a full time Quality Engineer to join our award-winning team. Role:

Management of any customer, supplier & internal concerns utilising disciplined problem-solving techniques (e.g 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why). Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, and Internal Stakeholders on quality concerns. Undertake regular system and process audits of the Integrated Management System (externally where required on Supply base). Assist the Head of Operations with ISO 9001/14001 certification maintenance. Manage key Quality performance indicators (KPIs). Support NPI activities, where required. Ensure all department procedures are adhered to by conducting internal audits. Have an eye for identifying opportunities for improvement within the business. Must be able to understand Engineering Drawings, detailed verbal, and written instructions/specifications. The ability to inspect first off & finished components with general inspection equipment alongside other duties associated with the position and work with Factory Manager in problem resolution. Work with technical team on implementation of FMEAs and approval of PPAP components. Deputise for the Head of Operations when not on site. Essential Requirements/Skills:

Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (or Integrated Management Systems if possible). ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Qualified

and experience of undertaking internal audits. Experience carrying out root-cause analysis (8D’s/5 Why’s). Familiarity with quality standards and processes is essential. Computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good communication (oral & written English) & good interpersonal skills. Self-Motivated – co-operates to win, building relationships and communicates in a transparent manner, organised and proactive. Takes ownership and accountability. Desired Requirements/Skills:
