This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to join a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence in wind sensor technology. The company designs and manufactures innovative ultrasonic wind sensors using a proprietary acoustic resonance technique to measure wind speed, direction, and temperature with unmatched precision. Key Responsibilities: Product Assurance:

Support all aspects of Product Assurance, ensuring internal requirements are met and quality standards are continuously improved.

Audit Management:

Manage internal and external audits, overseeing planning, execution, and implementation of actions to maintain compliance.

Integrated Management Systems:

Contribute to developing Integrated Management Systems and enhancing standards in line with ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for production efficiency improvements, expand process controls, and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to enhance product quality.

Supplier Audits:

Conduct supplier audits to ensure product conformance and maturity in line with APQP4Wind standards.

Non-Conformance Management:

Oversee the non-conformance management process, including analysis, reporting, and corrective actions.

Documentation and Compliance:

Write and update procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and internal customer requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience:

Background in medium to high-volume manufacturing, preferably in high-reliability sectors such as automotive or aerospace.

Technical Expertise:

Working knowledge of SMT, robotic soldering, conformal coating, and automated inspection processes, alongside familiarity with IPC standards.

Qualifications:

IPC certifications, Lean Manufacturing expertise, and an auditor qualification are highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong analytical abilities, confident communication, and proficiency in recognized quality tools, statistical methods, and KPIs.
