Join us as a Quality Engineer and lead initiatives that drive precision, quality, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Job Description: The Quality Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the consistency, precision, and quality of products manufactured in a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance, this role involves problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement. The Quality Engineer will drive customer satisfaction and retention by championing quality control and collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve product standards, manufacturing processes, and overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain guidelines for quality and production personnel to ensure adherence to precise product standards. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve in-house and supplier processes, enhancing product quality and reliability. Lead key components of the Quality Management System, including CAPAs, Non-Conforming Materials, Return Goods, and customer complaints. Drive continuous improvement projects based on KPIs, such as RMA and NCMR reductions. Analyze effectiveness and ensure follow-up on corrective actions in quality and production processes. Perform receiving, first article, in-process, and final inspections on various materials and components using precision measuring equipment. Support new part qualifications, material qualification, and machine validation through FAI/capability analysis. Conduct data analysis and present results to management, customers, and vendors with technical details and thorough documentation. Perform product, process, and system audits to verify QMS effectiveness and ensure quality standards compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 3-10 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment. In-depth experience with ISO9001:2015 standards.
