Between 30K-35K Benefits: Onsite canteen Onsite parking Competitive salary Temp-perm About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Quality Engineer for our client based in Wednesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to maintain and improve our clients ISO 9000-2015 quality systems while working directly in a factory environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, with the potential to develop into a Quality Manager position. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance our quality systems for ISO 9000-2015 assessments. Perform hourly walk-arounds in the factory to spot-check paperwork and parts. Proactively address day-to-day quality issues using 8D problem-solving methodologies. Educate and inform staff on quality procedures and best practices. Prepare and formalise monthly reports covering: Quality-affected production downtime Cost of quality metrics Conduct full PPAPs for customers, including FMEA and Gauge R&R studies. Use measuring equipment effectively and read technical drawings accurately.
