Upto £40k (depending on your skills and experience) You will be involved in: Quality investigations (RCA, CAPA). Conducting training and development exercises across the laboratory, production and engineering. Reporting quality measurements against KPIs and internal auditing. Collating and reviewing data to make improvements to site operations and quality. Implementing continuous improvement activities across the site and directly supporting the site quality manager. What do you need to be considered? Science or engineering qualification ideally to degree level or equivalent experience. Experience of Quality systems (CAPA, NCR, RCA, internal auditing). Previous knowledge of laboratory testing. Knowledge of lean & six sigma principles in relation to problem solving and SPC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you have a background in process chemistry or R&D this would be a distinct advantage. Interested?
