Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our client's team in Weymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, as well as company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Address customer needs, including RCCA processes, business development initiatives, and workshops. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters internally and externally, including suppliers. Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain business accreditations. Manage and contribute to NCR/RCCA activities within the company. Interpret and analyze First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs). Represent the company in key customer business reviews. Promote and establish standardized processes across the organization. Act as a change agent to enhance quality controls and operational systems. Skills and Experience:

Comprehensive understanding of products and processes used in aerospace parts and assemblies manufacturing. Preferably AS9100 Lead Auditor trained. Familiarity with AS, ISO, and NADCAP standards is an advantage. HNC qualification in a relevant discipline or a Professional Quality Engineering certification. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Experienced in applying problem-solving techniques. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Role Details:
