As a Quality Engineer at Materials Solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our additive manufacturing operations, working to maintain and improve the high standards our customers rely on. Your day might start by reviewing manufacturing data to identify trends or opportunities for process improvements. Later, you could be facilitating a root cause analysis (8D or CAPA) to address a quality concern or collaborating with suppliers to resolve issues and keep production moving smoothly. With new projects constantly coming in, you’ll also play a key role in New Part Introduction, helping to refine processes and ensure product quality from the start. It’s a dynamic role where your contributions will directly influence our success. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Take the lead in driving quality improvements within production, helping to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality. Act as the primary point of contact for all production quality matters, providing guidance and expertise. Support and prepare for external audits, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Collaborate with Siemens Energy’s Supplier Quality team to address and resolve quality concerns within the supply chain. Contribute to the industrialization of new products, supporting the transition from development to production. WHAT YOU BRING

Solid experience in production quality within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of tools like FMEAs, Control Plans, and SPC, with practical experience applying them. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, with proven examples of driving change. Internal auditor qualification (experience in aerospace or regulated industries is a plus). Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across functions.
