How Quality is implemented and controlled within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment. Understanding how critical product and process characteristics are monitored & controlled. Developing frameworks for proactive problem detection and mitigation. Using proven problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA PDCA etc.) to determine problem Root cause across a range of manufacturing disciplines. Collaborating with internal and external supply chains to develop a sound appreciation of business requirements. Interrogating a range of data streams and seeing how such data influences business features such as process controls and planning. Defining & creating Processes & Procedures to ensure compliance to standards. If you’re interested and believe you have the following Competencies Reliable & organized with the ability to focus on the task at hand. Logical, inquisitive & problem-solving mind-set. Ambitious to take on ownership & responsibility. Basic understanding of Statistics. Working Knowledge of Ms-Excel. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
