What you will do:

Lead quality activities including internal audits, quality control, positive release and documentation. Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, dealing with customer concerns, complaints and driving continuous improvements. Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures and policies to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations. Devise and review specifications for products or processes. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products or services, ensuring quality control processes are integrated. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards. Be integral to reducing customer credits from 2024. Chair plant based and regional meetings, including H&S meetings, Quality meetings, MPG sessions, CAPA and FMEA workshops. Ensure adherence to H&S guidelines and legal obligations. Provide training to H&S representatives and production staff. Maintain, interrogate and present KPIs and data recording. Lead the environmental team in dealing with local/regional permits and environmental challenges. Investigate all accidents, incidents and near misses including liaising with external authorities. Responsible for all audits, including BRC, Council, fire and ISO 9001, 14001, EN15343. Work closely with all manufacturing process groups on HSE and quality matters. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in all matters relating to H&S, quality and environmental. What you will need:

NEBOSH. First Aid. BRC, ISO 9001, 14001. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve business objectives. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and identify trends. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies. Planning and organisational skills of oneself and QAHSE Team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. What you will get:
