Quality Improvement Manager

Lead Quality Initiatives : Act as the go-to expert for all quality management matters, embedding best practices across the organisation. Drive Innovation : Simplify and digitise the Integrated Management System to enhance efficiency. Collaborate and Improve : Work with clients, operational teams, and other stakeholders to refine quality performance measures and KPIs. Maintain Standards : Oversee certifications and accreditations, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and industry-specific accreditations. Foster Continuous Improvement : Lead and support strategic change projects, including SHEQ initiatives and operational enhancements. Implement Assurance Programmes : Develop a risk-based audit programme and train internal auditors to uphold quality standards. Support Growth : Collaborate on tendering activities, showcasing JSM’s commitment to quality to clients. What You’ll Bring:

Expertise : Experience in a quality leadership role within utilities or engineering sectors. Technical Skills : Proven success in simplifying management systems and driving digitisation. Analytical Ability : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to lead cross-departmental collaboration. Leadership : Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and Lean tools implementation. Certification Knowledge : Familiarity with ISO standards and other industry accreditations. Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in a relevant discipline. Level 6/7 Quality qualification (Chartered Quality Professional preferred). ISO Lead Auditor certification. Experience in GDPR and Data Protection principles is an advantage. Relevant health and safety or environmental qualifications are desirable. Why You’ll Love Working with Us:
