Quality Inspection Team Leader focuses on ensure all manufactured components conform to design specifications using appropriate metrology tools, first‑principles measurement techniques, or ndt methods.

What the role involves

• Ensure all manufactured components conform to design specifications using appropriate metrology tools, first‑principles measurement techniques, or NDT methods.
• Supporting compliance with business‑critical data capture and traceability processes, including TES (Time Evaluation System) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System.
• Monitoring departmental productivity KPIs, taking corrective action where required to achieve targets.
• Escalate non‑conforming parts through the NCR process, ensuring issues are clearly documented and progressed.
• Manage the department’s Operational Performance Management system.
• Provide day‑to‑day management of departmental personnel, including discipline, attendance and timekeeping.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
