Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning

to take charge of driving high standards across our apprenticeship programmes. What You'll Do: Lead the charge in

driving ongoing quality improvement

across our apprenticeship programmes. Provide

overarching quality assurance

for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance. Inspire and manage a team , motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner. Analyse data

and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes. Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in

leading quality assurance

and

improvement initiatives . A deep understanding of the

current apprenticeship system

and its evolving landscape. Strong leadership and

people management skills , with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent

report writing and data analysis
