Job Title: Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning Hours: Mon to Fri = Full Time Contract: Permanent Salary: 40,743 - 41,578 Location: Cambridge, UK Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Cambridge and we're looking for a quality assurance expert with a drive for continuous improvement within the construction team. What You'll Do: Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across their apprenticeship programmes. Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions. Inspire and manage a team. Take an active role in the regular learner review process. Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives. A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent report writing and data analysis skills. Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of high, timely achievement. You must have: Level 3 relevant vocational qualification and relevant vocational CPD. Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications. Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification. Level 4 Leading Internal Quality Assurance Qualification. Experience of training and assessing within a Further Education or training environment. Significant experience of conducting assessment processes. Recent Internal Quality Assurance experience. Evidence of significant experience in a quality monitoring role. The right to work in the UK.
