Our client has outstanding teaching and leisure facilities and a reputation for excellence in a number of fields. Their campus facilities are among the best in the country, and you’ll find a modern teaching environment with lots of energy and interaction. Their investment in staff has been formally recognised in being accredited with Investors in People Gold status.

Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes. Take an active role in the regular learner review process.

Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives. A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action. Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of high, timely achievement.

Why join us? Be part of a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to achieving excellence in education and training. Play a key role in shaping the future of our apprenticeship programmes, making a real impact on learner outcomes. Thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment, where innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. Generous holiday entitlement plus bank holidays. Excellent pension scheme. Discounted rates on Apple products. Free gym membership and discounted fitness classes. BUPA Health Expenses cash plan and Occupational Health services. Free on-site parking. Job Info Job Title:
