This role will be based in Goole where Rail facility is the latest major investment in manufacturing made by Siemens in the UK. The facility built at the location will assemble and commission the DTUP (Deep Tube Upgrade Program) trains for London Underground, starting with a contract for the Piccadilly Line. This project is for the Siemens Rolling Stock, Metro Business Segment, which is headquartered in Vienna in Austria.

- Maintain and continuously review the business quality management system to ensure fitness for purpose and compliance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015.
- Support the external and internal audit schedule programme for the business.
- Prepare data for monthly reporting to Headquarters and local business units, demonstrating Quality KPI adherence.
- Help drive varied quality initiatives tackling key issues identified through continuous monitoring and performance.
- Act as an ambassador for the Quality & Business Excellence team whilst networking with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in Quality or Business Management oriented degree
- You demonstrate an interest in a career in Quality Assurance and enthusiasm in the role that continuous improvement can play in our future success.
- Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
