Career Contractor with a QMS specialism required in Redditch Challenging opportunity to rebuild the Quality Management System paying c£30ph About Our Client The business is part of a wider Global group; however, the aerospace manufacturing facility is based in Redditch. Job Description As the QMS Engineer, your duties will include, but are not limited to: An initial assessment of the quality management systems. Managing and improving the company's Quality Management Systems in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. Collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise processes. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate solutions. Providing training and guidance on quality management to other team members. Developing and maintaining documentation for our quality management systems. Analysing data and producing reports on our quality performance for Senior Leaders. Assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. The Successful Applicant The successful Quality Management System Engineer will have: Worked in a similar position within a manufacturing environment. Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team-working abilities. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools. What's on Offer An hourly rate of c£30.
