NECIT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Management System, which is certified and accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 17020, and ISO 17024 standards. This is a full-time, office-based role, where the Quality Manager will be responsible for managing, auditing, and maintaining the entire system, ensuring our operations continue to meet and exceed regulatory and quality standards. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage NECIT’s Quality Management System (QMS), certified and accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 17020, and ISO 17024. Perform internal audits of the QMS, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and driving continuous improvement. Lead the preparation and execution of certification and accreditation audits, ensuring successful outcomes. Maintain ongoing compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Ensure the timely completion of audit reports, corrective actions, and follow-ups. Collaborate with all departments to align quality initiatives with company goals. Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and certification bodies. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure that all quality documentation is up-to-date and maintained according to industry standards. Must Have Education/Knowledge, Skills and Work Experience Requirements Qualified Lead Auditor with strong expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 17020, and ISO 17024. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record in managing and auditing QMS. Experience in leading both internal audits and external certification/accreditation audits. Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed for audits and site visits. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. A proactive approach to maintaining the highest quality standards across all operations.
