(PK8650) QUALITY MANAGER / BRCGS CONSULTANT WEST YORKSHIRE (Please contact for further location details) Salary: £Open Depending on experience + 28 Days Holiday + Pension after Probation, Death in Service + potential Salary Sacrifice Scheme + Company Bonus 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday Our client is a well-established leader in the supply of printed labels / secondary packaging solutions to FMCG markets and Premium Brands. The company is committed to delivering dynamic, responsive, and friendly service with the highest quality technical excellence to meet the exacting requirements of an expanding customer base. They are seeking a Quality Manager to join their team and lead the BRCGS functions. The ideal candidate will be qualified in the world of quality, with knowledge of BRCGS, day to day working with customers, production quality and some compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with Quality Assurance procedures and best practices. Manage and control environmental impacts and develop sustainable initiatives. Coordinate BRCGS audits, address non-conformances, and maintain continuous BRC compliance. Support document control, corrective actions, and trend analysis. Conduct internal audits to support compliance and risk objectives, resolving non-compliance issues. Organise compliance meetings, maintain accredited systems, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Adhere to environmental and hygiene requirements in collaboration with the management team. Maintain training records, organise certifications, and manage systems. Provide monthly QHSE data to management meetings. Investigate and document root causes for NCRs, communicating findings internally and externally. Skills and Experience: Strong background in BRCGS systems and auditing. Preferred experience in the labels or packaging sector. Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks independently. Proficient IT, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Effective influencer, negotiator, and relationship builder. Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
