Quality Manager – Clinical (Full-Time)
Up to £60K ( depending on experience)

Avante Care & Support is a leading provider of high quality residential and homecare for older people in Kent and South East London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Quality team as a nurse-qualified Quality Manager. The Quality department plays a pivotal role of managing key projects, leading on innovation and learning and development, and ensuring that the quality of care provided is in line with regulatory and organisational requirements The Clinical Quality Manager will provide support, guidance and information to operational management and clinical teams to ensure clinical practice and governance is at the highest standard across Avante, and work closely with them to align clinical governance activities with strategic objectives and statutory requirements. What you’ll bring: Proven experience within residential nursing settings within the same or similar role. Active NMC PIN
and evidence of continued professional development. Deep knowledge of
CQC standards
and a track record of strong leadership. Proficiency in using technology and data analysis tools to support care quality and innovation initiatives Knowledge of implementing effective quality assurance and performance management systems. Good knowledge of dementia conditions and how to provide effective support to those with dementia, their relatives and employees. Competitive salary
– Up to £60K, depending on experience. Flexible full-time role
– 37 hours/week, with occasional additional hours as required. Life insurance. Paid
