Lead and manage the quality team to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement across all operations. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct supplier audits, analyse quality data, and implement corrective actions to uphold product excellence. Key Skills:
Extensive experience in quality management within the aerospace industry, including a strong understanding of regulatory standards. Proven leadership abilities, with the capability to mentor teams and drive quality improvements. Expertise in quality management systems and methodologies, such as root cause analysis and FMEA. Excellent communication and analytical skills to influence stakeholders and resolve complex quality challenges.
