Business Manager in QHSE - Engineering and Manufacturing Division
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working exclusively with a leading manufacturer in Doncaster, to recruit an ambitious, forward-thinking Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will lead and enhance the organization's quality, health, safety, and environmental management processes. This role involves strengthening the QHSE systems to meet exceptional product standards, ensure workplace safety and sustainability, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Duties & Responsibilities
Continuously improving existing Integrated Management System aligned with industry best practices and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to enhance safety and environmental standards as well as product quality and consistency. Conduct regular audits and quality assessments of manufacturing and assembly processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Establish and maintain a strong supplier quality management system, including managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs). Experience & Skills
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Quality/QHSE Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong expertise in integrated management systems, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, and quality tools such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. A good understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100/IATF16949 or other highly regulated environments preferred. Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in work.
