Full Time, Permanent Duties: Working alongside the National Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward and raising the standards of quality teaching and learning. Design, promote and review quality interventions and strategies - ensuring they are implemented across our client's provision. Support and coach teaching staff towards improving and developing teaching practice - ensuring action plans for teaching and learning are achieved. Work in partnership with the Education Management team, to monitor updates and support improvement with QIPs and OFSTED actions. To develop and review pre-inspection guidance and tools for the Education Managers, ensuring the best possible inspection outcome. Monitor the impact of interventions, reporting where standards have not been met and identify any further actions as required. To analyse and interpret MI, statistical data and feedback to produce comprehensive reports, informing the focus on priority improvements. Essential Criteria: Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent). Must hold a strong background of working as a Quality Manager within the Education sector. Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel if required. Please note:
