Quality Manager
to their team in Pontefract. The role will be essential to help support the Quality team by taking on the responsibility of overseeing the development of the Quality department, ensuring continuous improvement is always promoted.
The Role:
Manage and oversee the Quality team - tracking all quality metrics Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QMS that aligns with industry standards Working to ISO 9001 standards Address customer feedback Collaborate with other working departments Oversee day-to-day quality assurance and control activities, Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma. Conduct all internal audits Looking into Root cause analysis
The Person:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a quality management role Experience with quality management systems, Experience in techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing.
