Quality Manager (FMCQ) Our client wishes to recruit a highly skilled, motivated, and driven Quality Managerto assist the technical manager in ensuring that site technical requirements are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lead FMCG company. Main Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain the HACCP based Quality Management System Manage the quality team and their activities daily Support the NPD Function to aid successful new product development. Monitoring of factory cleaning and housekeeping and hygiene standards Conduct factory audits Analyse the audit reports and development of action strategies Contribution to cleaning specification development Provide technical guidance to quality team and other departments. Assist in training and support to other departments, developing awareness and understanding of technical issues. The successful candidate Needs: 2-3 years experience as a QA Manager within FMCG Must have HACCP qualifications Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively lead a team Be self-motivated Report writing and procedural writing skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Able to demonstrate a good record of achievement.
