Our client manufactures precision engineering parts for the aerospace and power generation industry, who are looking for a Quality Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Role Overview:

As a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing our Quality & Environmental Management Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, and ISO14001 standards. You will work closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, lead improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Job Description

Maintain and develop Quality & Environmental Management Systems to meet industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, ISO14001) and customer-specific requirements. Report on quality and environmental KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. Act as a primary contact for customers and third parties regarding Quality and Environmental Management matters. Lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformances, and support corrective action processes. Support new product introduction and ensure audit readiness across the business. Lead quality-related training and mentoring to foster a Zero-Defect culture. Participate in problem-solving exercises to improve efficiency and compliance. Ensure sustainability practices are embedded in operations, and drive initiatives to achieve environmental objectives in alignment with our environmental pathway. Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications

Previous experience working in a Quality Manager/Lead role Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards AS9100 and/or AS13100 Well versed in preparing for and hosting internal and external audits Seniority level
