Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management systems, including UKAS ISO9001 & 14001. This role is working 4 days a week and options for both hybrid and remote work. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality management systems and processes in compliance with UKAS ISO9001 & 14001 standards Monitor and evaluate the quality of our products and services throughout the entire production and delivery process Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Provide training and support to employees to raise awareness and understanding of quality standards and best practices Analyze data and produce reports to track key quality metrics and performance indicators Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, or similar role In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, particularly UKAS ISO9001 & 14001 Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., CQI, Six Sigma) would be advantageous Day-to-day Collaborating with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns Conducting regular quality audits and inspections Analyzing data and preparing reports on quality metrics Providing guidance and support to employees on quality standards and procedures Package Competitive salary Health and wellness benefits Retirement savings plan Professional development opportunities Work-life balance initiatives
