Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality in production. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyse customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective and preventive actions. Provide training and support to the Quality team. Report quality issues to senior management. Stay updated with the latest standards and regulations in the FMCG industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Manager should have: Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Experience with HACCP. Food Safety experience. Internal Audit experience. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using quality management software and conducting audits. Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly within Engineering & Manufacturing.
