The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Manager should have: Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Experience with HACCP. Food Safety experience. Internal Audit experience. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using quality management software and conducting audits. Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly within Engineering & Manufacturing.
