Working Hours:

39 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 9am - 5pm. Responsibilities:

Lead the operation and development of the Quality Management System within pharmaceutical finished products, API and raw materials. Approval of procedures, protocols, reports and further approval of certificates of analysis. Approval of exceptions. Support the resolution of quality issues. Manage quality KPI and metrics. Manage Exceptions and Audits module. Approval of calibration and qualification data. Management of the Metrology module. Management of self-inspections. Manage, host, and respond to client audits and regulatory inspections. Provide information to clients. Approval of quality risk assessments. Management of quality technical agreements. Management of controlled documents. Management of external documentation. Management of the supplier approval system. Propose and implement improvements to the Quality Management System. Deliver QMS training. Scheduling of team activities. Mentor and develop team members. Control of costs. Qualifications:

Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Deep knowledge of QMS. Excellent understanding of GMP. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Able to demonstrate leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to motivate others. Excellent report writing and organisational skills. Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards. Positive, methodical, tenacious, and innovative approach to work. Passionate about quality and customer service. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions. Benefits:
