Quality Manager Location: North London We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Manager who is keen to join our client's team and help transform their QA process into something world class. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in quality management.

They must come from a rail background and have previous experience working for a Tier 1 or a subcontractor. They will be working on lifts & bridge structures at existing stations in North London. The ideal Quality Manager will be dynamic in their approach to problem solving and be highly career driven. Quality Manager Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with rail safety standards. Manage customer interactions regarding complaints and non-conformances. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Ensure compliance with rail safety standards. Oversee the Quality team's activities. Manage the quality budget and ensure operational performance of quality systems. Minimum Requirements:

To apply for the role of Quality Manager you will have: Proven experience in quality management within the rail industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of managing quality systems to ISO or similar standards. Good understanding of lean methodologies.
