Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager Location: Aylesbury Salary: £45,000 This is an interesting and exciting opportunity to work with brand new products in a fast-paced tier 1/ tier 2 automotive environment. Dealing with a wide range of customers from diverse industries such as, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Renewable energy and electronics your role will be to provide the direction to continue to grow as a quality conscious manufacturing company. This will be a hands-on role with customer interaction as well as championing quality and improving systems throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 & IATF16949 and maintain certifications Responsible for the Quality Management System Work closely with customers to ensure that any concerns are resolved Responsible for route cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Drive continuous improvement across the site Ensuring all internal audits are conducted on time Responsibility for FMEAs and Control Plans reviews Provide regular quality performance reports for the management team Desired Skills: Degree educated Engineering, Math, Science or similar Strong quality background within manufacturing Fully conversant with IS9001 and IATF16949 Internal auditing experience Auditor training is considered an advantage Strong problem solving skills 8D, 5Y, Route Cause Analysis Continuous Improvement experience Lean / Six Sigma training is an advantage though not essential If this role is of interest, please contact Jordan at LER SG Ltd
