Experience of managing a technically demanding Quality Department including knowledge of both ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, including audit experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and establish meaningful KPIs and objectives for staff and equipment. Development of Standard Operating Procedures along with other systems and processes including Service Standards / AQLs, Material Quality Requirements, In-house Specifications, etc. Problem-solving – identify root causes and take effective action to contain and resolve issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supervisors and Team Leaders throughout the manufacturing process from NPI to production handovers to ensure effectiveness.
