About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Blackwell, overseeing the maintenance and improvement of our business systems on the Sizewell C project. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain audits and inspections schedule. Uphold ISO9001 and similar accreditations. Manage document control within the project. Develop and report key performance metrics. Document key processes and procedures. Own the project Non-conformance register. Maintain Master ITPs/ITCs. Train engineers on quality management systems. Assist engineers with Master ITPs/ITCs. Conduct audits and inspections for compliance. Ensure timely sign-off of completed works. Coordinate investigations and implement CARs. Assist with training for engineers. Develop the Project Lot Register and coordinate handover. Qualifications and Experience: Qualification in quality management or relevant experience. Full understanding of external quality management regimes. Substantial experience in managing quality systems on NEC contracts. An open, collaborative, and robust attitude to team working. Ability to command the respect of a peer group. Five years’ experience managing an accredited quality system. Experience effectively managing a small team. Experience with an earthworks or specialist contractor with similar processes. Advanced abilities with the Microsoft SharePoint stack, including creation and management of views, lists, Document Libraries, and metadata. Advanced ability with Microsoft Power Platform, including creating PowerAutomate flows and PowerApps. Seniority level
