IMPACT EVOLE is proud to be working exclusively with Hawkstone to support their search for a driven and experienced Supplier Quality Manager. Founded in 2021 by Jeremy Clarkson and the Cotswold Brew Co, Hawkstone has grown rapidly into a leading name in the premium Beer and Cider industry. The company works alongside British farmers to source the best quality ingredients and produce some truly exciting products. The company has enjoyed tremendous success over the last few years and is poised to grow even more in 2025. As a result, they are seeking a capable Supplier Quality Manager to work alongside production partners to ensure quality, maintain compliance, and foster continuous improvement. Working closely with the Director of Operations and the Senior leadership team, the Supplier Quality Manager will be the face of Hawkstone across a diverse network of suppliers and partners. This is an opportunity for an established Quality specialist with a background in brewing to make their mark on one of the fastest growing and exciting brands in the sector. Key Responsibilities:

Quality Oversight:

Ensuring the highest possible product quality through regular supplier audits. Working to company, retailer, and industry standards. Partner Collaboration:

Drive and develop relationships with suppliers and production partners. Developing continuous improvement and delivering on quality objectives. Process Monitoring:

Full oversight of production processes from raw material to final packaging. Maintaining high-quality standards and collaborating with suppliers on improvement projects. Compliance and Documentation:

Achieving compliance with all relevant standards and maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Product Testing:

Oversight of the product testing process to address issues and implement corrective actions where needed. Stakeholder Management:

Acting as the internal expert at Hawkstone on all quality, technical, and compliance areas. Supporting as a knowledge bank of suppliers and production partners. Qualifications and Experience Required:

Substantial Quality/Technical management experience within the brewing, beverage, or FMCG sectors. Experience in leading supplier audits, delivering results, and improving compliance. Strong knowledge of company, retailer, and industry compliance standards. Strong understanding of outsourced production models and the specific challenges of overseeing third-party manufacturers. Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills. Confidence to take full ownership and accountability of Quality and Compliance. Flexibility to travel to supplier sites across the UK. Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and collaborate with a remote team. What's in it for you?
