Quality Manager - Surrey - Salary up to 60,000 + Benefits - Ref 1822
I am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to work for an organisation based in Hampshire. Salary up to 60,000 + Benefits.
They are a well-respected organisation that has been in operation for over 60 years and are creating market leading products that are disrupting the industry they operate within across numerous sites in the UK.
Due to internal changes, they are looking to appoint a Quality Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be managing a team of 7 in the Quality Department, which includes 3 Quality Engineers and 4 Quality Inspectors. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the existing QMS system and ensure that the company maintains their ISO 9001 certification. You and your team will be responsible for Quality across 4 sites in the local area. As the Quality Manager, you will also be involved with various Lean initiatives and will train and develop the team further while helping to drive Quality at the heart of the company's culture.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager
ISO 9001 certification
Manufacturing experience
