You must have right to work in the UK. You will be based in London and will be required to be on site in Old Oak Common (Acton) 4 days a week. Job Description The Anthro joint venture between Egis and VVB Engineering will provide comprehensive turn-key services for London’s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works. This position will be responsible for establishing and leading on Anthro’s approach to Quality Management. Working as part of Anthro’s Quality and Assurance Team, you will be responsible for managing the following activities: Integrated Management System Anthro ISO Accreditations Audit Schedules and Audits Quality Reporting/ Quality Meetings Compliance with Standards Non-Conformances Supply chain Management Key Responsibilities: Working with the various functions, accountable for establishing, developing and maintaining the Anthro Integrated Management System including Policies, Procedures, Forms and compliance with works information. Conduct documented Management Reviews on the effectiveness of the Anthro Integrated Management System. Working with the Head of HSE, achieve and maintain accreditation to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management System. Lead achieving and maintaining the Anthro ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation. Support the Information Management System team with achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 Information Security accreditation. Create, maintain and update the Anthro Audit Schedule covering both internal and external audit and inspection activities. Plan and undertake system audits for each internal Anthro function. Plan and partake in external audits such as ISO accreditations or those required by BBVS. Close out all audit actions in a timely fashion. Create and maintain Quality Dashboards which meet the need of SWI 600 Quality Management and track completion of: - Materials Approval Records - Inspection and Test Plans - Audits and Inspections - Snags, Defects and NCRs including close out. Create and maintain compliance schedules which show Anthro compliance with legal requirements, Anthro IMS and BBVS SWIs. Establish, implement and maintain a non-conformance tracker covering Anthro’s activities. Work with project teams to close out non-conformances in a timely fashion. Support with the approval of Anthro supply chain partners through the Pre-Qualification Process. Undertake supply chain audits – both desktop and in-person audits to ensure compliance from the supply chain against the various BBVS SWIs. Qualifications: Member of Chartered Quality Institute.
