Your Duties will include:
Driving compliance and performance across the standards to achieve improvements in product quality. Having a hands-on approach to production quality with quality control being the top priority. Managing the systems, currently ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, with 45001 being a future system requirement. Proactively championing best practice throughout the business. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and departmental managers to deliver to quality targets. Leading investigations into non-compliance through root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Playing a lead role in VA/VE, Kaizen, and LEAN projects and helping implement changes. Working closely with the Senior Management team to achieve business objectives and targets through Quality processes.
