Excellence & End Result Focus About the Anthro JV: The Anthro joint venture between Egis and VVB Engineering will provide comprehensive turn-key services for London’s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works. This position will be responsible for establishing and leading on Anthro’s approach to Quality Management. Working as part of Anthro’s Quality and Assurance Team, you will be responsible for managing the following activities: Integrated Management System Anthro ISO Accreditations Audit Schedules and Audits Quality Reporting/Quality Meetings Compliance with Standards Non-Conformances Supply chain Management In addition, dependent on workload, support the Quality and Assurance Director with process related assurance activities. Key Responsibilities: Integrated Management System

Working with the various functions, accountable for the establishing, developing and maintaining the Anthro Integrated Management System including Policies, Procedures, Forms and compliance with works information. Conduct documented Management Reviews on the effectiveness of the Anthro Integrated Management System. ISO Accreditations

Working with the Head of HSE, achieve and maintain accreditation to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO45001 Health and Safety Management System. Lead of achieving and maintaining the Anthro ISO9001 Quality Management System accreditation. Support the Information Management System team with achieving and maintaining ISO27001 Information Security accreditation. Audit Schedule and Audits

Create, maintain and update including submission to BBVS of the Anthro Audit Schedule covering both internal and external audit and inspection activities.

Plan and undertake system audits for each internal Anthro function. Plan and partake in external audits such as ISO accreditations or those required by BBVS. Close out all audit’s actions in a timely fashion.

Quality Reporting/Quality Meetings

Create and maintain Quality Dashboards which meet the need of SWI600 Quality Management and track completion of:

Materials Approval Records Inspection and Test Plans Audits and Inspections Snags, Defects and NCR’s including close out.

Compliance with Standards

Create and maintain compliance schedules which show Anthro compliance with legal requirements, Anthro IMS and BBVS SWI’s. Non-Conformance

Establish, implement and, maintain a non-conformance tracker covering Anthro’s activities. Work with project teams to close out non-conformances in a timely fashion. Supply chain Management

Support with the approval of Anthro supply chain partners through the Pre-Qualification Process. Undertake supply chain audits—both desktop and in-person audits to ensure compliance from the supply chain against the various BBVS SWI’s. Why Join VVB?
