We're looking for a

Quality Manager

to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Wanlip, Leicestershire.

Contract:

Permanent, full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for? We're looking for a Quality Manager to join the Severn Trent Water team. The successful candidate will work on a project to undertake an upgrade and enhancement of the existing wastewater treatment facility. Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide strategic quality management and oversight of design and build activity for Wanlip.

Quality leads play a crucial role in ensuring that project and contract outputs consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, compliance to internal and external standards, and they are instrumental in maintaining the overall assurance strategy.

Your day to day will include: Develop and implement quality assurance plans and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality controls into all stages of the delivery process. Ensure quality, environmental and safety regulations are followed. Regularly analyse and report on quality performance to management. Conduct and align with the divisional level internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and services provided by suppliers.

What are we looking for? This role of Quality Manager is great for you if you hold: Relevant degree (or equivalent) with proven experience within regulated utilities, infrastructure or the built environment. Chartered status in relevant professional body or appropriate professional qualification. Senior management experience. Excellent NEC3/ NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness. Full understanding of current Health & Safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM regulations, along with knowledge of DALUX. Proven high level technical, communication and IT skills. Full driving licence.
