What We Offer: Medical and health cash-back scheme Pension matched up to 7.5% Purpose of Position: Reporting to the Hampton Park West Site Leader, this position will fulfill operational requirements as part of the Management team, will manage and lead the QMS best practices to fulfill certification and customer requirements locally and globally and will implement changes as necessary to advance the HPW businesses to meet the ever-increasing service levels demanded by our customers. Key Responsibilities: Identification and help manage appropriate Quality and Business Management System OKR’s throughout the business and working with functional heads to establish appropriate plans and management reviews of OKR’s. Continual review of current business processes and practices against required regulatory standards, identify, and facilitate improvements in effectiveness and efficiency through functional heads. Effective communication of the CTQ (critical to quality) engineering requirements throughout the supply chain. Execute supplier audits from a customer OEM perspective. Develop and execute successful Global internal audit programs and lead Avon’s success in third party system compliance audits (ISO/CE/SEI/CSA/TUV/NIOSH/BSI). Provide consultation and coaching on best practice of QFD through FMEA’s, Control Plans and SOPs. Collect, review, and manage data for monthly BPM and MOR reviews. Complete customer and supplier surveys and questionnaires, including contract requirements, and online system requirements. Develop and create Quality Plans, Configuration Plans and Procedures to meet bid or contract requirements. Mentor and develop Quality team members. Support, facilitate, team lead CI activities such as Kaizen and implementing lean into processes and production.
