As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated Quality Manager to join our team and ensure that our construction projects meet the highest quality standards. The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing quality assurance and quality control processes for biogas plant construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quality management within construction or engineering sectors; experience in biogas or renewable energy projects is a plus. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient in quality management software and tools. Your Role

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management Plan for biogas plant construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor adherence to quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken. Manage the documentation related to quality control, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality assessments. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance methodologies and best practices. Evaluate and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and other quality-related documentation. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and clients to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Conduct risk assessments related to quality and manage strategies for quality improvement. Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance, progress updates, and improvement initiatives. Our Offer
