My client is looking to recruit an experienced people manager with a good background in management of quality management systems. This business works with a highly recyclable product and has a varied customer base made up of international businesses, providing excellent job security. This role would be very well suited to a candidate with quality management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Role & Responsibilities: Manage the company's Quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & BRC. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and optimise production efficiency. Monitor waste and look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to product quality. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience working in a packaging/FMCG environment will be beneficial for any applicants. Experience working with ISO 9001 and BRC standards. Experience in a quality management role.
