Joining their UK team based in the East of England, you’ll take on the role of Quality Manager. Reporting to the Head of Plant, you’ll be responsible for managing a team and improving our client’s quality management systems. Responsibilities:

Identify areas for improvement in our clients’ quality management systems. Act as the key figure assisting our clients’ quality department and QMS in moving from QC to QA level. Manage a team of circa 12 quality production technicians & quality officers. Act as the key customer liaison for complaints. Conduct internal audits at our clients’ packaging plant. Requirements:

Experience in a quality management position. Experience in transforming an organisation from QC to QA level. Experience implementing process improvement for quality management systems. Experienced in conducting BRC audits. HACCP qualified (desirable). Happy to travel circa once per month across UK & EU (expensed). Package:
