Circa £55,000 Are you a skilled Quality Manager with expertise in the automotive industry? We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our client in Warwickshire. If you have a strong background in quality control, ISO standards, and automotive manufacturing, this opportunity is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Management:

Oversee goods-in quality control through visual inspection and CMM (FARO) inspection. Customer Quality Assurance:

Manage the receipt, response, and monitoring of quality concern reports from customers. Problem-Solving:

Implement containment actions, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective actions. Technical Support:

Provide technical support to production staff on quality requirements. Quality Reporting:

Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and quality reporting systems. Supplier and Customer Liaison:

Work closely with suppliers and customers to review non-conformances and ensure customer focus. Project Support:

Collaborate with the NPI team to support new projects. QMS Maintenance:

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO9001: 2015 and IATF 16949 standards. Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

HNC qualification, Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Technical Proficiency:

Competence in using Faro Arm and Hexagon CMM bridge, with programming skills in Polyworks software. Metrology Knowledge:

Detailed understanding of metrology, geometric dimensions, and tolerances (GD&T). Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone. Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills. ISO Standards:

Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards. IT Skills:

Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. General Requirements:

Timely Responses:

Respond promptly to customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Professional Representation:

Represent the company professionally at all times. Documentation:

Document all activities and projects thoroughly. Management Reporting:

Report to management on the performance and integrity of the QMS, opportunities for improvement, and required changes. Customer Focus:
