We’re seeking a dynamic
Quality Manager
to lead and develop Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) systems for our Portsmouth-based client. You'll maintain key certifications (AS9100 & ISO14001), streamline business processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet the needs of customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and simplify the Business Management System (BMS) Ensure product quality and drive process improvements Oversee audits, NCRs, customer returns, and FAIRs Manage the Inspection team and calibration processes Ensure EHS compliance and risk management What You’ll Deliver: Seamless integration of legacy systems into one efficient BMS Continued certification in AS9100 & ISO14001 Measurable improvements in quality, safety, and productivity What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in change management and BMS projects AS9100 Auditor trained, with ISO14001 knowledge Strong leadership and communication skills Background in electronics manufacturing is a plus
