Ranson Barnes Recruitment is delighted to be working with an exceptional Manufacturing organisation to recruit a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to join their high-performing team. As Quality Manager, you will lead and develop the Quality team, including the Laboratory and testing facilities, driving quality improvement initiatives across the business. You will manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), oversee the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and implement accreditations to align with business needs. The role involves championing quality awareness, supporting continuous improvement, and fostering robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Lead and develop quality training, awareness, and operating procedures. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for customer complaints. Manage internal and external audits, including liaising with certification bodies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardising processes, and maintaining quality KPIs. Collaborate with Sales and Production to resolve issues and enhance product quality. Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the steel industry or a related manufacturing/engineering sector. Metallurgical or laboratory experience is desirable. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and auditing processes. A relevant degree in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential. Benefits:
